Common Pricing Questions

What does "per user" mean exactly?

Per user means per person who uses IT services in your business — essentially each employee with a computer, email account, or device we manage. If you have 15 employees on the Professional plan, your monthly cost is 15 × $149 = $2,235/month. Server licenses and specialized hardware may be quoted separately.
Are there any setup or onboarding fees?

We charge a one-time onboarding fee equal to the first month's service. This covers our initial network assessment, documentation of your environment, deployment of monitoring tools, and the time to understand your business. This is standard in the industry and ensures we can support you effectively from day one.
What if I need more on-site support than my plan includes?

Additional on-site time beyond your plan's allotment is billed at $125/hour. In practice, most issues are resolved remotely — the on-site hours are there for hardware installations, office moves, or complex networking work that requires a physical presence.
Can I change plans as my business grows?

Absolutely. You can upgrade plans at any time with the new rate taking effect the following billing cycle. You can also add users at any point — we'll prorate additional users mid-month. Downgrading is possible with 30 days' notice.
What's not included in the monthly fee?

Our monthly fee covers labor and software tools we provide. It does not cover third-party software licenses (e.g. Microsoft 365 subscriptions, which we can procure at competitive rates), hardware purchases, or major project work like office relocations or large-scale infrastructure buildouts. We provide transparent quotes for any project work before starting.
How does the annual discount work?

If you prepay for 12 months, you receive a 15% discount on your monthly rate. For example, the Professional plan drops from $149 to $127/user/month. You can pay annually by check, ACH, or credit card. Annual agreements still have a 30-day cancellation clause with a prorated refund of unused months.
